The fishing is excellent with over 26 species to catch. Fishing within two minutes of the harbour in deep water, big Pollack in abundance, plenty of haddock most days, cod fishing is good too, beautiful scenery, big cliffs, clear water with wildlife ever present, seals, porpoises and even sharks may be seen some days.
Port Patrick is a beautiful harbour with good harbour side pubs and good food available at all times, sit and relax with a pint after a good days fishing and enjoy.
